    Infused with ancient yogic wisdom, pranayama, storytelling, and deep self-inquiry, this practice calls us to rediscover the true essence of yoga and the union of mind, body, and spirit. This is more than movement; it’s a shared sanctuary for our individual and collective growth—cultivating a kinder, more conscious, and deeply connected community.

    Offered for a £5 donation (or more, if you feel called), this is yoga in action—embodying our collective commitment to service and honouring our shared interconnectedness. All proceeds go to a charity picked by the community every 3 months.

    At Om Being we know that feeling connected is more than just coming to class to practice.
