Spirit

Yoga is far from a workout. The word itself comes from the Sanskrit for “to unite”: a union of body, mind and spirit.

Our Spirit classes honour the lineage, intentionally weaving together the three elements of movement, pranayama and meditation to activate deeper states of consciousness so you can fully receive the power of these practices. Rooted in the traditional forms of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, each class moves with purpose: asana prepares the body, breath steadies the mind and stillness opens the way inward. Expect a focused yet devotional atmosphere where the practice is felt rather than performed. These sessions are ideal for anyone seeking depth, discipline and a meaningful connection to the roots of yoga, offering a return to clarity, presence and spirit.

- Unites body and mind
- Builds strength and focus
- Cultivates inner stillness

  • Hatha – +

Hatha yoga seeks to balance the two opposing energies of the sun (ha) and the moon (tha). It is a slower, more deliberate practice that focuses on holding postures and mindful alignment to enhance physical strength and mental clarity.

  • Vinyasa – +

Vinyasa is a fluid practice of yoga that links each asana, each pose, by breath. This dance helps attain harmony in the mind and body, moving in accordance with our inhalations and exhalations. The dynamic nature of the flow builds internal heat, which purifies the body, boosts cardiovascular health, and improves overall endurance.

  • Ashtanga – +

Ashtanga Yoga is a structured and dynamic form of yoga that synchronises a specific sequence of asanas with breath. This class is perfect for those who appreciate the structure of a repeated sequence, discovering subtle modifications and openings in the body along the way. Minimal cues will be offered to help yogi’s connect to the rhythm of your breath, cultivating a deeper state of being.
