1000 | Mother Earth – +
⇾ Mother Earth
w/ Lucy Clifton
In honour to our Mother Earth we play as each of the five elements: air, fire, water, earth and space. Exploring the sound and movement qualities of each. Writing a stream of consciousness of our dreams for the future of the planet and sharing those words with the space using our embodied voice. An empowering and dedicatory experience. -
1200 | Returning to Roots – +
⇾ Returning to Roots
w/ Yasmine Jessy Amr
Returning to Roots is a 1-hour soul-nourishing storytelling and healing workshop that invites participants on a journey of remembrance: tracing ancestral stories, reconnecting with cultural memory, and honouring the wisdom within our lineages and the Ley lines around us. We begin with a sacred travel meditation, guiding you back to the sacred lands of your ancestors to awaken embodied memory and spiritual connection. Through a blend of circle sharing, and creative reflection, we’ll begin by naming our connection to our roots. You’ll be guided through prompt-based writing: “What stories were passed down? What’s been forgotten? What can we learn from the land?” Through guided journaling, archetypal reflection, and grounding yin yoga, we explore the patterns, gifts, and silences that live in our family lines. Participants map their ancestral stories, embody release through gentle poses, and engage in rituals of remembrance. This sacred container offers a space for self-discovery, healing, and soulful reconnection, with the past, present, and future selves... A space to connect with lineage, land, and soul... To return to the roots within us and the roots around us. -
1330 | Plant Spirit Walk – +
⇾ Plant Spirit Connection Walk
w/ Datura
Join herbalists Hat and Zanna for an hour of gentle guided meetings with the native plant spirits of Three Pools. Beginning with a short introduction to embodied herbal practice, we will then move into some simple movement and grounding exercises, to prepare our bodies for receiving the teachings of the plants. The group will then be guided into meeting with a plant of their choosing, through gentle inquiry and group sharing, before breaking off into pairs to explore deeper. We will come back together at the end to share our experiences. This workshop is a simple yet potent way to begin exploring embodied plant connection, or deepening existing relationships with the land. -

⇾ Spiralling & Connecting
w/ Lea Orož
Sounds by Akira
This guided movement workshop invites participants of all backgrounds to explore how we relate to gravity—how we can move with it in softness and against it in strength. Through sound, touch, and simple movement tasks, we’ll playfully explore how the body connects with itself, others, and the space around us.We’ll begin with gentle work on the spine, helping to create more space and ease in how we move. From there, we’ll explore circular patterns in the body—spirals that help us shift, connect, and find new ways of moving. These patterns invite creativity, fluidity, and presence. The session also includes accessible exercises inspired by contact improvisation, encouraging trust, shared weight, and
connection with others in a relaxed and open way. Expect repetitive and musicality inspired tasks that may bring a calming, almost meditative state— supporting concentration, awareness, and creative expression. This is a space for curiosity, play, and the joy of moving together—no dance experience needed, just an open mind and body

The class invites you to move from the outward energy of doing, rushing, and noise—the yang of the city—into the inward pull of stillness, rest, and spaciousness—the yin of the natural world. SPCLB pronounced (space club) is where we get to rewrite what a club space can be. A place to reimagine nightlife, more hospitable, more spacious, more intentional. Here, we lounge or lunge through frequencies. We connect. We slow down or get lifted, without the reliance or burden of alcohol consumption. SPCLB is calm, electric and full of play. It’s a space for connection and community, where the dancefloor knows itself supporting the energetics of the night. We design it, dress it and move through it in new ways each time. At Sumor, we bring SPCLB to The Sleeve, a space for collective autonomy, decorated by Lux Florart in living, organic arrangements where sound and nature unite. -
2000 | Datura – +
Datura is deeply connected to the body and the spirit of sound on the dancefloor. After stepping away from DJing for a time, they’ve returned with a renewed passion and a sound that’s deeper, more psychedelic, and shaped by lived experience. Known for sunrise sets at forest raves, Datura thrives in liminal spaces—whether sharing ambient soundscapes or trippy, faster-paced journeys late at night. Their sets invite listeners into altered states of feeling and presence, where music becomes a medium for connection and transformation. Sumor feels like the perfect alignment for Datura’s return to dancefloor ritual and embodied sound.
