    10:00 Black Lotus – +

    Sounds by Practical

Black Lotus Yoga is a contemporary evolution of the Ashtanga tradition developed by Ty Landrum. Like Ashtanga, it consists of six dynamic and progressively structured sequences that build strength, mobility, and energetic awareness over time.

Grounded in the principles of Hatha Yoga, the system works with the complementary forces of breath — particularly the subtle energetics of prana and apana. In practice, there is a strong emphasis on visualising the breath, understanding the energetic foundations of each posture, and cultivating balanced alignment.

Each sequence is offered in three variations, or “shades”: white, grey, and black. White is the most accessible, while grey and black gradually increase in complexity and intensity. The sequences are designed to be fluid. The shades can be blended and adapted to the practitioner, encouraging discernment, deep listening, and increasing independence in one’s practice.

The aim is not simply to master difficult poses. Rather, the practice invites practitioners to find their own way of playing the melody — discovering how structure can become a living framework for creativity, expression, and insight. In this way, the practice becomes a space where creative energy/life force can unfold naturally from deep within.

    About Mady

She seeks to create harmony between our inner emotions and the space we take up in the world. Her workshops are full of rhythm, connectivity, sensation and sensuality. Everything is welcome to be explored through the body: this is how we build trust to the cycles of death and rebirth, as we transmute the dark into the light. Every workshop is intended to be a co-creation between everyone’s unique energy and presence.

    13:30 Deep Listening Room – +

Plena Sound’s intention for the Deep Listening session is to create a space for connection and transcendence – bringing us back into our primordial state of existence.

Using both ancient and modern modalities, her performance will combine electronic frequencies with acoustic resonances. Inspired by a plant medicine journey, she will weave together ritualistic instruments, ambient soundscapes and tribal rhythms, taking us on a journey through the jungle and exploring the dance between feminine and masculine energies within the wilderness.

Join us for this psycho-acoustic session and let the sonic journey carry you into the energy spheres of activation, initiation, remembrance and insights.

    ABOUT DEEP LISTENING

These special sessions are designed to allow you to experience sound without any distractions. We curate this chamber for complete audio immersion with our hi-fidelity sound system and incredible intentional DJs sets on select weekends, allowing you to explore all the textures, layers and dimensions of electronic music, while you lay down undistracted by the world around you. A simple concept, yet rare to find in London.

There is also a collective element to deep listening. By listening together we give each other more agency to fully drop into the listening experience and in doing so, discover deeper profound ways sound can leave an impression on us.

These experiences can help you feel more present, they allow our minds room to drift, imagine, remember, dream - all very nourishing and relaxing to our nervous system. Trust that at Om Being we want you to be walking away feeling truly moved by the experience.

    15:00 Lake Listening – +

Returning to Sumor after a memorable performance in 2025, QOA and Primeiro invite us once again into a space of deep listening—this time by the lake, where water, landscape, and sound meet. As morning unfolds across the valley, processed field recordings, sub-bass frequencies, spectral textures, and layered voices drift across the water like mist.

This is not simply a concert but an invitation into presence. To listen with the whole body. To feel vibration move through skin, breath, and bone. As the lake reflects the sky above, sound becomes a bridge between inner and outer worlds, dissolving the boundaries between self and surroundings.

A gentle offering to the day ahead, honouring the more-than-human world that holds us: the water, birdsong, fungi, flora, shifting winds, and all living beings. Together, we gather in reverence, tuning ourselves to the living frequencies of the land and sharing the quiet light of the morning with the world around us.

    17:00 Dream Journey – +

With LÔBA we offer a unique immersive healing experience where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enter a space of transformation through sound, gesture, and imagination.

In an intimate tent-like setting, people are invited into a dreamlike journey guided by evocative voice, hypnotic guitar, ancestral instruments (kalimba, adufe), and experimental sound atmospheres. Each participant draws a symbolic card as a token for the ride, then dives into the mystical world we create — a space that blurs the line between concert, ritual, and theatre.

LÔBA is a mystical creature that comes to our world to share stories of liberation and renewal, bridging the tangible and intangible realms. The experience is often described as deeply healing: participants leave with a sense of lightness, vivid inner images, emotional relief, and new creative impulses.

    12:00 Low Frequency Massage – +

Experience sound beyond listening. Internationally acclaimed low-frequency sound artist Stefanie Egedy invites participants into an immersive field of vibration where bass is not only heard but felt throughout the body. Drawing from her pioneering work BODIES AND SUBWOOFERS and Sonic Energetics, this session uses carefully sculpted sub-bass frequencies to create a form of sonic massage, allowing sound waves to move through skin, tissue, and bone.

Lying comfortably, participants are invited to surrender to a landscape of resonance, pressure, and deep sensation. As the body becomes a listening instrument, the experience can support relaxation, presence, and a heightened awareness of our connection to space, vibration, and each other. A rare opportunity to experience one of the world's leading artists working at the intersection of sound, embodiment, and perception.

    About Practitioner

Low-frequency sound artist and composer Stefanie Egedy creates embodied vibrational experiences through site-specific sonic installations, commissioned works, and compositions grounded in sound as a physical force. Sub-bass, bass, and infrasound (LFS) — their tactility and capacity to permeate and traverse space, perceived through the skin and body rather than the ear alone — form the core of her artistic practice.

Her work explores the relationships between sound waves, architectural bodies, and human bodies, investigating the physiological and somatic effects of LFS on human perception and embodied experience. Egedy’s practice builds two bodies of work: BODIES AND SUBWOOFERS (B.A.S.), which explores the sculptural presence of subwoofers and their relationships with human and architectural bodies through low-frequency sound, and Sonic Energetics, which creates environments of LFS that support somatic grounding and internal orientation. Immersed in this context, she articulates the crossover between sonorous and musical language to investigate sonic communication between beings

Expect a calming, awe-inspiring exploration of breath as both a personal and communal practice.

    Limited capacity. Early arrival recommended.

    About Deep Sym

Sym came from Symbiosis - an immersive biofeedback art installation created by award winning artist Kira Zhigalina (founder of Sym) in collaboration with engineer Adrian Godwin. The concept originated from a personal experience of breathwork and it's transformative potential, and the idea of recreating that experience became an artistic obsession.

For years we developed custom sensors to pick up diaphragmatic breathing, visualised in different light installations. Symbiosis has been shared with over 5k participants, creating calming and awe inspiring experiences. Many have commented on the powerful calming effect of the experience and we decided to make it our mission to bring this experience in other forms that can reach a wider audience and benefit more people, resulting in the compact version - Sym. You can see our journey from Symbiosis to Sym in the video below.

The initial pivotal point in our journey was when a gastroenterologist was sparked by interest to use our technology in aiding IBS patients with relieving their symptoms. This cross discipline concept resulted in winning Best Pitch Award in the MedTech Superconnector hackathon, which led to the development of the first prototype. We have tested the product to positive results with IBS patients and within physiotherapy and psychotherapy practices and are always interested in other partnerships and research. Sym is all about symbiotic relationships and we are keen to create a community which fuels collaborations with like minded projects and individuals.

    13:00 Ancient Frequencies – +

Step into a timeless soundscape with Joe, whose immersive performances weave together throat singing, ancient instruments, sacred frequencies, and deep resonance. Drawing on traditions that span cultures and centuries, this journey invites you into a state of profound rest, reflection, and connection. Simply arrive, settle into stillness, and allow the vibrations to guide you. Whether lying down, sitting comfortably, or moving gently, you'll be held by a rich tapestry of sound that awakens ancient memories, quietens the mind, and restores the body, breath, and spirit.

    About Practitioner

Joe is a sound journey artist whose work is rooted in a deep, intuitive connection to the ancient language of sound. Guided by a reverence for the healing power of vibration, they create immersive sonic landscapes that blend traditional instruments, throat singing, and sacred frequencies to invite deep presence, reflection, and restoration. With a deep respect and curiosity for the cultural origins and history of the instruments they use—from overtone-rich singing bowls and chimes to aincient flutes and rattles— Joe approaches each sound as a living story. Their exploration is both sonic and spiritual: a journey into the forgotten wisdom of rhythm, resonance, and breath. At the heart of Joe’s sound journeys is throat singing—an ancient vocal art that channels both earth and spirit. Through this primal and powerful technique, they evoke a sense of timelessness, bridging the physical and energetic realms to create a space of deep connection, grounding, and expansion. Each journey is a co-creation with the listener, where sound becomes ceremony and vibration becomes medicine. At this session all you need to do is be as relaxed as possible; sitting, laying down, or even flowing with gentle movement. Enter the space of timelessness and stillness and allow yourself to receive and restore. Allow yourself to drift off into the dream world of that feels right, releasing all control, anchored to the vibrations and your breath, taking this time out of your day to sit in this precious stillness. Awakening from the journey feeling well rested.

    15:00 Experimential Connection – +

Across three daily sessions, participants move from harm reduction awareness to personal reflection and communal grounding.

Led by harm-reduction practitioners Pedro Rodrigues (psychiatrist) and Viola Pink (artist), the sessions provide a conversation space that empowers people to make safer, more informed decisions.

Friday - From Coffee to Cacti: Making Sense of What's Out There

This gathering offers an honest, evidence-based overview of the substances people commonly partake in at festivals - their effects, risks, and the harm reduction principles that apply to each. A visual tour of psychoactive classes (’uppers’, ‘downers’ and psychedelics), relative risk profiles and key combinations to avoid. The session ends with an open discussion for questions and shared perspectives.

Saturday - The Art of Setting Intention

This session explores the role of setting intentions for altered states, not only for classic psychedelics but also other psychoactive compounds. Participants will be prompted to call in the ‘why’ behind any consciousness exploration they might be considering. Together we will uncover the connecting thread and create a collaborative artwork. This would become a communal piece that guests can come to for self-led art integration or a safe reminder of their intention.

    Sunday - The Celebration Integration

We will come together one last time for a sharing circle, created for those who feel called to integrate in community. The space will invite honest conversation about what came up across the weekend, from any altered states or other impactful experiences within the festival environment. About Practitioner

Lily's classes offer a sanctuary to pause from the external world and reconnect with an inward perspective rooted in feeling rather than thinking. Through slow, strong movements, she invites students to realign with their own pace and natural rhythms. Inspired by the patterns of nature - the revolving earth, the flow of a river, rooted trees — and by tuning into the natural world, she helps students remember that they are not separate from it. Grounded in classical Ashtanga and Hatha training in India, and enriched by her studies in Ecology and work in wildlife conservation, Lily’s evolving style blends tradition with an embodied connection to the earth. Her aim is to guide students toward a sense of inner joy and an experience of themselves as physical rather than just rational beings.

    14:00 Qi Gongs – +

Returning to Sumor for his third year, Charlie brings back one of the festival's most cherished experiences—an expansive Qi Gong journey accompanied this year by not one, but three live gong players. Positioned as the penultimate gathering before the festival's closing celebrations, this session offers a powerful opportunity to slow down, absorb the weekend, and reconnect with what matters most.

Through gentle, flowing movements and mindful breath, Charlie guides participants in cultivating and circulating Qi, the body's vital life force. As the practice unfolds, waves of gong frequencies surround the space, creating a rich and immersive sound field that supports relaxation, presence, and energetic balance.

Together, movement and sound become a bridge between activity and stillness, helping participants integrate the experiences of the weekend while opening to a sense of peace, gratitude, and connection. A deeply restorative and communal moment to gather before Sumor's final chapter begins.

    About Practitioner

My name, Phoebe, means bright one. I’ve always felt a resonance with that. Here’s a bit about me,

    Things I love… A nice place to begin…

I love Life. I trust life. I am in deep romance with life. The bitterness. The sweetness. I love the stars. I love my friends, my family, my beloved partner, my dog Chaga, my plants. I love to dance. I love to write poetry. I love the luminous torrents music sends through my spine. I love festivals- they are medicine to my soul and tend to my innate wildness. I love it when I meet new people or have new experiences and they move me so deeply that it feels like a remembering. I love the sunrise. I love my work. I love the people with whom I am blessed to work. I love stories, both telling them and listening. I love those moments when my mind is blown, or my belief systems unravel. I love seeing the people I love in their innocence- sweet and strange mannerisms that they are totally unaware of. I love fire, to watch it, to dance with it. I love the smells that come with different seasons and the memories they carry and evoke.
