⇾ Breathe
w/ Eloise Martin
Join Eloise for our opening breathwork session to ground, soften, and transition into Sumor. Using a gentle circular breathing technique (connecting each inhale and exhale without pause), sound and aroma, this practice is a restorative, sensory balm for your nervous system. Through cultivating a sense of safety through our breath and the space held together, we invite deep processing and integration of our emotions and life experience - a ceremony to transform stagnation into spaciousness. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are and be ready to meet yourself with conscious breath & surrender.
Please note: Breathwork causes physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and psychological response. As a precaution, if you have a severe psychiatric or medical condition, this practice may not be suitable for you. Please check with Eloise before participating if you are unsure.
Conscious Connected Breathwork practice is contraindicated if you have any of the following:
• Epilepsy, seizures
• Glaucoma or detached retina
• Cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure
• Pregnancy - first trimester (contact Alice before booking if in 2nd or 3rd Trimester)
• Bipolar, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric conditions, hospitalization for psychiatric condition or emotional crisis
• Asthma (if you have asthma you can participate but you must have your inhaler available)

⇾ Returning to Roots
w/ Yasmine Jessy Amr
Returning to Roots is a 1-hour soul-nourishing storytelling and healing workshop that invites participants on a journey of remembrance: tracing ancestral stories, reconnecting with cultural memory, and honouring the wisdom within our lineages and the Ley lines around us. We begin with a sacred travel meditation, guiding you back to the sacred lands of your ancestors to awaken embodied memory and spiritual connection. Through a blend of circle sharing, and creative reflection, we’ll begin by naming our connection to our roots. You’ll be guided through prompt-based writing: “What stories were passed down? What’s been forgotten? What can we learn from the land?” Through guided journaling, archetypal reflection, and grounding yin yoga, we explore the patterns, gifts, and silences that live in our family lines. Participants map their ancestral stories, embody release through gentle poses, and engage in rituals of remembrance. This sacred container offers a space for self-discovery, healing, and soulful reconnection, with the past, present, and future selves... A space to connect with lineage, land, and soul... To return to the roots within us and the roots around us.
⇾ Plant Spirit Connection Walk
w/ Datura
Join herbalists Hat and Zanna for an hour of gentle guided meetings with the native plant spirits of Three Pools. Beginning with a short introduction to embodied herbal practice, we will then move into some simple movement and grounding exercises, to prepare our bodies for receiving the teachings of the plants. The group will then be guided into meeting with a plant of their choosing, through gentle inquiry and group sharing, before breaking off into pairs to explore deeper. We will come back together at the end to share our experiences. This workshop is a simple yet potent way to begin exploring embodied plant connection, or deepening existing relationships with the land.

⇾ Spiral movement
w/ Lea Orož
Sounds by Akira
The improvisation movement workshop invites participants to explore the body through guided tasks, beginning with an in-depth focus on the spine. By deconstructing the spine into cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions, participants will discover greater mobility and space. The workshop emphasises circular movements both within and outside the body, encouraging fluidity and connection. Sound and structured tasks will serve as essential tools in guiding the experience, fostering deeper awareness of bodily patterns. This dynamic approach helps participants attune to their physicality, enhancing both their range of movement and their understanding of how sound interacts with the body.
